By booking a course or individual lesson with 1st Intensive Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both learners and instructors.
Bookings & Payments
- Course bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Lessons must be scheduled and completed within the agreed course period.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lesson.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the lesson being charged in full.
- If an instructor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative or reschedule without additional charges.
Driving Test
- Use of the car for the driving test is included in most packages; however, the instructor may withdraw this privilege if the student is not test-ready.
- Practical test bookings are subject to DVSA availability and may vary by location.
- We are not responsible for DVSA test cancellations or delays beyond our control.
Student Conduct
- Learners must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
- You must inform us of any medical or legal conditions that could affect your ability to drive.
- Instructors reserve the right to terminate lessons if a learner is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or is otherwise unfit to drive.
